I’d just like to thank Francis Telecoms for a very efficient, tidy job. Even though the engineer was caught up in traffic, and I had a very small time-frame for the work to be completed; he kept me updated as to how long he was likely to be, was extremely informative and friendly whilst carrying out the work and, more importantly; completed the work within the time I had, whilst making sure he did a very neat job.
