Paul who is running the company ‘Francis Telephone Engineer’ came to our house on a Saturday to sort us out with a phone line problem. He actually sort out the whole house!! Not only he fixed our phone line, but also the broadband speed and all the phone sockets in the house!I highly highly recommend Paul, he is very friendly and exceptional in his service. We have internet back in the house, we now know what was the problem, we even have a phone working now while it never did before! thanks a lot Paul! So yes 5 stars with no hesitation!
